Boraid product engineers have been creating and perfecting ground‑conditioning solutions for TBM crews since 1996. We started manufacturing the Boraid product lines because contractors needed a dependable, domestic source for soil conditioners. Before our supply chain existed, crews had to deal with cumbersome overseas shipments and project‑delaying customs holdups. By sourcing materials locally and producing everything here in the U.S., we made it easier for tunneling teams to get what they needed, when they needed it. Our early products proved themselves on major projects across California, and that success pushed us to keep improving our blends and developing new solutions for challenging ground conditions.

Today, we continue to focus on making products that help crews work more efficiently and safely.
